- All emailed orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you have not received confirmation please contact Teal Creations.
- Payment for orders can be made by direct deposit, cash or business cheque, VISA credit and debit card and Mastercard
- All orders placed constitutes accepting Teal Creation’s terms and conditions.
- Payment should be made with each order unless previous arrangements have been made.
- All dishonoured cheques will incur an accounting fee.
- Orders will not be despatched until payment has been received in full unless previous arrangements have been made.
- Cancellation or alterations can be made at any time prior to dispatch.
- All items are subject to stock being available. If due to unforseen circumstances an item is in need of substitution, Teal Creations guarantees that an item of equal or greater value will be substituted.
- Teal Creations reserves the right to replace an item with one of similar type and value.
- Gift cards are complimentary. If one is required please advise at the time of ordering. Alternatively you can send us your own card or compliments slip for us to include with your gift.
- Prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- Some products are photographed with additional props. Please note that only what is listed will appear in the completed gift hamper.
- For bulk orders an upfront deposit will be required.

Returns & Exchange

All products in the hampers are quality inspected and carefully packed. However occasionally damages may occur which may be out of our control. If the gift has been damaged during delivery, please call 0402 909 627 immediately to arrange a replacement of products/or entire hamper at the earliest time possible.
Sale of Liquor

- Please be advised that the sale or supply of liquor to persons under the age of 18 is an offence by law.
- Please ensure that the recipient of a gift that contains alcohol is 18 years old. Teal Creations reserves the right to request identification.
- Gift hampers containing alcohol can not be ordered and delivered on the same day and then left at a premises unattended.
